Mr Mitchell is a practicing solicitor of over thirty years standing. He has been a Director and Company Secretary of a number of public listed Mining and Industrial companies and his legal expertise is in commercial, contractual and ASIC and ASX compliance work.

Bruce Lumley, B App Sc. (Ext Met), AWASM, MAusIMM

CEO, Tengri Resources*

Mr Lumley holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Extractive Metallurgy from the Western Australian School of Mines and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr Lumley has more than 30 years industry experience in gold, base metals, nickel, mineral sands, and natural gas and has worked in Australia, Europe, Asia and Africa. His previous positions include Managing Director of Bolnisi Gold in Georgia, General Director of Celtic Resources in Kazakhstan and Chief Operating Officer for the Nordgold African Operations in Burkina Faso and Guinea.

Dr Warwick Browne, BSc. Hons., PhD Nat. Res

Vice-President Public Affairs and Corporate Responsibility

Dr Browne has over 25 years work experience in environmental management and social performance of resource projects in developing countries, mostly in South-East Asia. Warwick has worked for international development agencies, universities, and the private sector focusing on international best practices around government, public and social relations as well as community benefits programs. Warwick brings essential skills and knowledge to Robust Resources' Corporate Responsibility program to add 'social licence' value to its projects in Indonesia and Kyrgyzstan.

Joseph Ogierman, BSc (Hons)

Exploration Manager

Mr Ogierman holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Adelaide University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. He has over 25 years of worldwide experience in the exploration / mining industry, including more than 11 years in Indonesia, in all stages of project development across a range of commodities, including being involved with successfully bringing the Rawas and Buduk gold projects in Indonesia from exploration to mine development. Mr Ogierman has recently been involved at a management level with Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) - listed Reliance Resources Limited.

Adriaan van Herk, MSc., MAIG

Chief Geologist

Mr Van Herk is a structural geologist with over 15 years' experience exploring for orogenic and epithermal gold, porphyry, basemetals and polymetallic deposits. He has led exploration teams in Australia, Africa and Indonesia to several discoveries. He is an expert in advanced exploration techniques, target generation and 3D geological modelling. Mr Van Herk holds a Doctorandus (MSc) degree from Utrecht University in The Netherlands. His MSc thesis on distribution of gold deposits in the Urals, a gold-belt linked to the Tien Shan, was published as a leading article in Economic Geology.

Dr. M. Yusdi Sangadji

General Manager - Country

Mr Sangadji has more than 20 years professional experience in mining operations primarily in coal, overseas construction, external and government relations, mining operation development, and internal growth. His experience includes 13 years with BHP Billiton covering various technical, commercial, and senior management roles in project development and business development. Mr Sangadji's past experience also includes work as an environmental scientist with over 3 years' experience managing HSEC at BHP Billiton mining operations in Indonesia.

Albert Mostert, PhD, M.Sc, AusIMM

Vice President Exploration

Albert is a geologist that has been active in the mining industry for more than 30 years covering exploration and development of projects and mines in Australia, South Africa, Brazil, Indonesia, Philippines, New Caledonia, Colombia and Canada. He gained broad experience with BHP Billiton where he served for 25 years in an various capacities and has worked on many major mining projects from early stage to implementation. He has been involved in first entry into target countries; project identification, initiation and commercial negotiations; geology and resource evaluation; mine planning; project development and optimisation; research and development; and community, government and public relations.
